You remember that one time you looked through your sister's/mum's/girlfriend's 50p magazine and it had the one Chanel dress and 5 other shitter dresses from high street stores that were actually affordable? Well this is sort of like that except this absolute fire from the tasteful Japanese brand Beams Plus and those other more affordable but still tasteful Japanese brand Uniqlo. Two takes on the same concept that are nearly as good as each other; you know that Beams shirt will have a nicer quality of both cloth and manufacture. Or at least you'd expect it what with it being eight times the price.
I actually have the Uniqlo one in a dark green colour way and the flannel isn't bad at all and has survived umpteen washes. This is a shirt that has its roots with Comme des Garçons and the few English brands that have tried the same thing don't quite hit it off like this. Not sure why that is though. I feel like there are some things that should be straightforward enough to copy or even reinterpret.
